MTRC Special Plating has specialised in electroplating and chemical processes to improve product surfaces for the Global High-Tech Industry. We operate in a wide range of sectors including; Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Semiconductors, Mechanical parts, and Food industry.
Our main processes are pickling & passivation, electropolishing, electroless/galvanic nickel plating, gold plating, ultrasonic cleaning, degreasing and cleaning to various specifications. Furthermore, various operations can be cleaned and/or packaged cleanroom (Grade 2, 3 and 4 - surface cleanliness).
Beyond these processes, we master some customer-specific processes. We are able to develop suitable surface treatment solutions together with and for the customer.
Through structured process control and process management, process baths are kept within specifications to ensure excellent product quality. Moreover, we are able to handle, clean and package products under clean conditions.
Flexibility and short delivery times are key in surface treatment. We guarantee fast deliveries with excellent quality.
