ProOxyd™
Aldor has developed an innovative anodisation process i.c.w. Fischer Oberflachen Technik in Germany. The process is called ProOxyd™. This process has a wear resistance equal or better than standard anodisation. ProOxyd™ is an FDA-based process. The layer shows less wear and has better sliding properties because of the low roughness after anodisation. Furthermore, the layer is well impregnable with function-enhancing substances such as PTFE. Colourability is also better than standard hard anodisation.
